Creating Categories and Groups for selective send lists:

If you want all of your “Subscribers” to receive the CPA Email Newsletter we send out each month, you do not need to do anything special with your subscriber list.  However, if you only want a “subset” of your “Subscribers” to receive the CPA Email Newsletter we send out, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to CPASS (I sent an email with the link and a sample spreadsheet for mass uploading subscribers)
  2. Click “Categories” in the top menu
  3. Click “Create Category”

  4.  Type the word CENL into the box and click “Add Category”

You should get this message:

  5. Now Click “Groups” in the top menu and click “Create Group” on that page:

  6.  Type CENL into the box and select CENL for the Category.  Then click “Add Group”

  7.  Click “View All Groups” or Groups in the top menu

  8.  Next to “CENL” Click Manage to add Subscribers to the CENL Group

  9.  You can add / remove subscribers to / from the group


  10.  Click “Save List” to save the group members.
