Email Retiring Server

Dear Client

We are retiring the server your website is hosted on and need you to make a change to your DNS records. Your website has already been moved (date) and is ready for the DNS change to make it live.

I show that your domain name is hosted at "                   " and your DNS is controlled by "ns1.catalog.com" (closing in "   " days)

The NEW NS that can be used is ns1.service4client.com.  Please make this change at "                   ", we do not have your user and pass for "                 ", if you would like us to make the change please forward the sign on info.

Before the change please read below:

Changing this NS will cause your email to shift from one server to another.  

You also have email accounts on our server that will need to be reset up in your Desk Top Outlook.  Your email accounts have already been set up on the new server and will start working as soon as the NS is changed. 

Below are the instruction on creating your new email account inside Outlook. Once the old account stops working (aka you are getting password pop errors), you can delete the old account out of the Account Settings Window. 

Go to:

Tools/Account Settings/Add New

More Settings

You are done.

If you want Service2Client to make the changes to your DNS for you I will need your login info for your DNS controller and the URL of where to login.
